Is the chalet equipped for people with reduced mobility?
The chalet has a few steps at the entrance and standard-width doors, which may make wheelchair access difficult. However, once inside, the ground floor is entirely level, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the living areas.
What safety precautions are in place?
Your safety is our top priority. Smoke and COâ‚‚ detectors, fire extinguishers carefully placed inside and near the outdoor fire pit: every detail has been thought of to ensure you enjoy a peaceful stay in the privacy of our luxury chalet.
Are there any rules regarding noise at the chalet?
Chalet & Spa les Cerises enjoys a peaceful and unspoilt setting, with no neighbours opposite, ideal for a relaxing stay in Haute-Savoie. Out of respect for the village and the surrounding countryside, we ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. to ensure the peace and quiet of the area and a harmonious stay.
What specific rules must be observed in the chalet?
There is one essential rule: fireworks are prohibited. Although they may be tolerated in neighbouring Switzerland, France prohibits them without authorisation. To preserve the safety and tranquillity of the premises, we thank you for respecting this requirement, which is essential to ensuring you have a magical stay.
Can we contact the owner directly if necessary?
We are located just 15 minutes from the chalet, near Megève, so we can respond quickly if necessary. If you have any questions or unexpected issues arise, just give us a call or send us a message: we know every corner of the chalet, so we always have the right solution to give you peace of mind.
Is there a toilet in each suite?
Three high-end Japanese toilets are installed in the chalet, each adjoining the suites and spread across the floors. A rare and much-appreciated technological refinement, for a stay combining Alpine tradition and contemporary comfort.
Will my groceries be waiting for me when I arrive at the chalet?
Absolutely! We offer a free service to prepare your shopping before your arrival. Simply order online via a Drive, and we will take care of collecting, storing and putting away your shopping. When you arrive from Belgium, the fridge will already be stocked and your provisions ready: all you have to do is enjoy your stay facing Mont Blanc.

Yes, the private jacuzzi at Chalet & Spa Les Cerises is available in both summer and winter. Heated to 38°C, it offers an unforgettable experience facing Mont Blanc: bathe in the snow in winter or relax facing the green alpine landscapes in summer.
Does Chalet & Spa Les Cerises have a jacuzzi and wellness area?
Yes. Les Cerises Chalet & Spa has its own private wellness area. An outdoor jacuzzi heated to 38°C with views of Mont Blanc, a panoramic Finnish sauna, personalised massages, reflexology, Tui Na and Tibetan singing bowl sound therapy are all available on site. On the ground floor, a dedicated area also hosts private yoga classes, for an exclusive wellness break in Haute-Savoie.
Does the chalet have the necessary equipment for remote working?
Yes. Le Chalet & Spa les Cerises is perfectly suited to remote working. Three workspaces are available: a fully equipped office on the ground floor, a quiet corner in the Aravis suite, and a professional office in the Mont-Blanc suite (ergonomic chair, printer and scanner). With high-speed Wi-Fi covering the entire chalet and terrace, you can enjoy the perfect setting for remote working. Located in Haute-Savoie, near Geneva Airport, the chalet offers the ideal solution for combining work and a wellness break with views of Mont Blanc.

We offer a selection of local French wines and, above all, ultra-exclusive craft beers brewed just 5 km from the Les Cerises chalet. For a friendly touch, we leave them available in an honesty bar. On request, we can deliver a selection of prestigious wines and spirits.
Is the chalet kept cool by air conditioning?
At an altitude of 950 metres, the mountain itself cools your summer nights. Temperatures rarely exceed 18°C, a gentle breeze circulates naturally in the chalet... and, thanks to the altitude, no mosquitoes will disturb your peace and quiet.
Is the charm of a crackling fire waiting for you at the chalet?
Absolutely. An elegant fireplace sits between the living room and kitchen, offering cosy moments around the fire. In the master suite, a wood-burning stove completes the experience, with the silhouette of Mont Blanc as a backdrop. Every television and the 4K home cinema projector are equipped with Apple TV, giving you access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Canal+, Apple TV+, Molotov and TF1+. A carefully selected video library awaits you, and, if you wish, VOD can enrich your film evenings facing Mont Blanc.
Is there high-speed internet and televisions at Chalet & Spa les Cerises?
Yes! The chalet is equipped with a fast Starlink connection (240 Mb/s) with Wi-Fi available in all rooms and even in the garden. Fibre optic will be installed soon. For entertainment, televisions and a 4K projector provide access to all the major streaming platforms.
Can one enjoy the pleasure of cooking in an elegantly equipped kitchen?
Of course. Are there any additional charges?
Only the local tourist tax is added at the time of booking, which is very reasonable at just €0.75 per adult per night. Personalised services (chef, massages, transfers, daily cleaning, etc.) are available as optional extras.
Do you offer short wellness weekend breaks?
Yes, the chalet is ideal for a long weekend from Belgium. A quick flight, easy transfer, and you're in the heart of the Alps for a wellness break.
What payment methods do you accept for a chalet booking?
To book your stay at Chalet & Spa les Cerises in Haute-Savoie, we accept several payment methods: credit cards for instant validation, bank transfers, cheques, as well as most cryptocurrencies through our partner Swapin. Is it possible to book a suite without booking the entire chalet?
Chalet les Cerises does not offer overnight stays, but rather the entire chalet. Jacuzzi, steam rooms, sauna, spa or cinema room... the entire chalet becomes your private domain, for a unique experience far removed from the traditional hotel experience.

Do you offer discounts for long stays?

Is it necessary to pay a deposit when renting the chalet?
Yes, a deposit of €3,000 is required. This is only a bank pre-authorisation, similar to a car rental: no debit is made and the deposit is automatically released 14 days after your departure.
What are the conditions in the event of cancellation of your stay?
The cancellation policy at Chalet & Spa les Cerises in Haute-Savoie allows for free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival. Beyond that, the 25% deposit is retained and the balance must be paid 60 days before the stay. For our international travellers, and particularly our guests from Belgium, we apply flexible conditions in the event of transport problems or border restrictions, in order to guarantee a peaceful stay in front of Mont Blanc.

Yes. Les Cerises Chalet & Spa in Haute-Savoie is ideally located for accessing ski resorts from Belgium. A shuttle bus takes you directly to the Cordon resort in a few minutes, while a private taxi service will take you to the Portes du Mont-Blanc (Megève, Combloux, Saint-Gervais, Les Contamines, La Giettaz, Saint-Nicolas de Véroce) in 15 minutes. In less than an hour, you can reach Chamonix, Avoriaz, Flaine or Les Saisies. At what altitude is the chalet located?
The chalet is located at an altitude of 950 metres, a perfect location for families with children or people who are sensitive to high altitudes. You can enjoy an authentic alpine setting without the constraints of resorts that are too high up: less snow clearance, more accessible roads and cool nights in summer. And for skiing enthusiasts, the slopes of Megève rise to 2,350 metres.

Arrival & Departure
How does check-in work at Chalet les Cerises?
Upon your arrival, Laurent, the owner of the chalet, will welcome you in person and show you around the chalet's facilities and amenities. And if your journey from Belgium brings you to us in the evening, a secure key box allows you to access the chalet independently, as if you were already at home.
What time can we arrive and depart from the chalet?
Your arrival at Chalet & Spa les Cerises is scheduled for 5 p.m., but if everything is ready earlier, we will be happy to welcome you. Departure is at 11 a.m., giving us time to prepare this alpine cocoon once again. After a break facing Mont Blanc, the biggest challenge remains... leaving for Belgium.
Are the kitchen essentials provided when we arrive at the chalet?
Absolutely. Upon arrival, the kitchen will be stocked with all the essentials: salt, pepper, spices, oil, Nespresso capsules and handy jars. The pure, fresh spring water from the tap can be enjoyed as it is. And if you wish, we can prepare your shopping in advance: delivered and stored before you even arrive from Brussels, Liège, Namur or Charleroi, so that your holiday can begin immediately, facing Mont Blanc.​​​
Rooms
Do the suites offer the option of converting a double bed into two twin beds?
Yes, most of our beds can be configured as twin beds, accommodating up to eight individual beds in addition to a double bed. Only the Warens Suite has a fixed king-size bed. Simply let us know your preferences before you arrive, and we will prepare the rooms according to your needs.
Do you have a variety of pillows available for personalised comfort?
Yes. For a tailor-made sleep experience, each room has two types of pillows: a square, fairly flat model and a rectangular pillow with more volume. This allows you to choose the comfort that suits you best after a day spent in the mountains.
Are bed linen and towels included in the rental?
Yes. At Chalet & Spa les Cerises, all household linen is included: bed linen, towels, bath towels and bathrobes. Upon arrival, the beds are made and each guest enjoys the comfort of hotel-quality linen. A replacement service is available on request (at an additional cost). As part of our commitment to the environment, we do not provide disposable slippers and recommend that you bring a pair of sandals to enjoy the jacuzzi facing Mont Blanc.
Are your suites equipped with high-end toiletries?
Yes, luxury toiletries are included in every suite at Chalet & Spa les Cerises. You will find shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and moisturising lotion from the Hermès Eau d'Orange Verte collection. Yes. At Les Cerises chalet, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Our team spends around 15 hours getting the chalet back into perfect condition, ensuring a luxurious experience for every guest. For those who would like a full hotel service, daily cleaning can be provided at an additional cost. When you leave, we only ask that you do a few simple things: empty the bins and leave no dirty dishes behind.

Is a car necessary for your holiday at Chalet les Cerises?
A car is recommended for your stay at Chalet & Spa Les Cerises in Haute-Savoie, so that you can easily explore the surrounding area (Megève, Combloux, Chamonix, etc.). However, if you arrive by train (Sallanches station or Bellegarde TGV station) or by plane (Geneva International Airport), we can arrange private transfers to the chalet. On site, a chauffeur service is available to take you to nearby ski resorts and enjoy the Mont Blanc massif without any constraints.
Is there car parking available on site?
The chalet has four private parking spaces, two of which are covered. If you are arriving with several vehicles, there is a spacious, free car park available in the village centre, just a few minutes away.
Can guests plug their electric vehicles directly into the chalet?
Les Cerises Chalet & Spa in Haute-Savoie provides a 22 kW fast charging station directly beneath its covered car parks. What is the best way to get from Belgium to the chalet?
